Great place for healthy and alternative diet options. I believe it is the ONLY place in and around the city of Erie that has Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP). I go here regularly as I am a vegan and can trust that the food they make for me is vegan. The product prices are we higher than other stores but the quality of products is unmatched. If one can afford it I would say make this your only store to shop at and support!

The Lawn Boy sandwich is my favorite, but the others are delicious as well. Great little store with lots of variety and friendly environment. I've been coming for over a year and there's no signs of me stopping!

Great place for everything you're looking for to lead a more natural, healthy life. Love their homeopathic area that carries tinctures of every type. Honestly, some items are actually less than the larger grocery stores in many cases & it stays local. You do not have to be a member, but honestly, for the price, it's worth it!

The Co-Op is such a great community asset to Erie! Absolutely love being a member. Minutes away from home so super convenient— superb options nowhere else here has, like the sea moss gel and Shilajit honey. Also appreciate the wide varieties of dairy free and gluten free products. Every snack from the cafe is always delish, the whole team is so sweet and helpful- always look forward to a shopping trip here!

The staff is always kind, considerate, and very accommodating for any dietary restrictions. Great staple menu items, even if it seems to not change too much seasonally. I went for the lawn boy, with cashew cheese. It was ready in a short amount of time and would have been good for a takeaway if I needed to get back to the office. I always find myself asking after a visit why I don't go there more often. Also, the cafe has great smoothies! Significantly better than my diy smoothies at home. Highly recommend for anyone with dietary restriction, vegetarian, vegan, or just a desire to eat healthier options.
